I use logos 4 on Mac laptop and on mac desktop. Is it possible to sync named layouts or export/import named layouts so that I don't have to recreate the layout on the other computer?

They should sync automatically
Are you online and do you have "Use Internet" set to "Yes" in Tools > Program Settings? If you do, they should sync for you automatically; Logos is constantly checking for changes that need to be synced, so there should be virtually no delay. But you can force a sync by clicking on the sync arrows to the left of the "Layouts" menu. If the sync arrows are showing as yellow triangle exclamation mark sign, then there's been some failure with network connectivity. But otherwise, all should be well. Let us know if this does not line up with your experience.
