Staats' "The Greatness of God's Word" incomplete in Researcher Portfolio

Does anyone else find it odd that the Researcher Portfolio library omits the first 7 volumes of Staats' "The Greatness of God's Word"? I don't even know if they're good or not, but I'd think paying thousands for a library collection should include the start of a set of books categorized as a "Grammar". Maybe it's an oversight.
