Jason is there a way to subscribe to just announcements so we can get emails when posted? I almost missed this announcement and would rather not miss future ones if possible.

If you click on "Forums" at the top of the page, you will see a list of all the forums with a Bell to the right of each. If you click on the bell, you can follow that forum and edit your notification preferences.
One of the options is to be notified of new or updated events. You can choose to receive notifications or emails for this category, even if you are not interested in receiving notifications of new comments or posts for that particular forum.

Thank you Aaron. I didn't have events checked so we will see how that goes going forward. I still wish I could get an email for all items tagged "announcements" though.

That is a great suggestion. Unfortunately, subscribing to email notifications about specific tags (e.g., Announcements) is currently unavailable, but we'll look into that.
