I am attempting to use the balance of my annual reward and it won't allow me to do so. Is there some fine print that I am missing?

In situations like this, it never hurts to give customer service a call. One option may be to return the resource you purchased with your annual reward and make a new purchase, utilizing the entire amount at once.
