Lack of Support in the Spanish Forum

I have been a Logos user for years, and I consider it an excellent and indispensable tool for my Bible study and teaching. However, I want to express my frustration with the lack of attention given to the Spanish-speaking community in these forums.
In the Spanish section, almost no Logos representatives respond, leaving users without proper support. While the English forums frequently receive responses from the Logos team, here it seems we are simply ignored.
A clear example of this is the interlinear view in the version comparer, which has been malfunctioning for years. Despite being a tool included in the subscription, it still has not been fixed. Many of us have reported this issue, yet we have received no response or indication that it is being worked on.
This is not the only issue—many other problems have been reported over time, and they remain unresolved and unanswered in the forum. It is frustrating to see how the Spanish-speaking community is neglected despite being a growing user base.
Logos is an incredible platform with great potential for Bible study in Spanish, but can we expect better communication and problem resolution, or should we just accept that our voices will not be heard?
I would appreciate an official response and greater presence from the Logos team in this forum.

I noticed that too. I was looking at unanswered threads.

I agree! Responses were better when Guillermo was the director. Tony doesn’t communicate that much, but he says even his wife complains that he doesn’t communicate that much.
I vote for the Spanish forum to be removed!

Thank you for speaking up! This new community website, launched at the end of last year, is designed with all users and all languages in mind. We are working hard to ensure that everybody has a space to get the help they need. I will contact the other teams!
In the meantime, can you share a link to the feedback you mentioned above in the following comment?

Thank you @Jason Stone (Logos) for your response.
It saddens me that it is necessary to publish in a foreign language in order to be assisted, especially considering that Logos has an entire Hispanic department that puts great effort into launching products and selling them, only to leave us adrift afterward.

@Hagiophilos, you are not alone! I've got your back. The community and forum sites have always been peer-to-peer user support foremost, and the intent is to remain that way. You are free to contact the Logos team directly with questions or concerns:
That said, I've reached out to the team, and I'm setting up a time with them to discuss how we might be able to support users in the forums a bit more.
