BUG: Notes Carousel

I spent years creating notes using L3, and in many instances I created more than one note attached to either an entire verse or a particular word/phrase. In such cases, as I created new notes, they would add on in series to the ones created prior, and the order was FIXED. Because they were fixed, I could order my notes in a logical sequence. That way, once completed, I could reliably start with the note on the left and move further to the right as I required, building a logic train along the way. I'm not sure where from L4 to L10 that consistency and dependability got broken/extinguished, but it's not the way it "works" now.

Now, making edits to a note causes it to shift its position in the sequence order. This causes a significant problem, because now, my "logic train" is caboose first. But that's not the only problem…

This is what is appearing in the Mobile app (the two above are the Desktop app). The differences here turn my invested study effort into a free-for-all, random grab bag of who-knows-what.

The notes need to be FIXED IN POSITION. Please fix this issue.
