Problem with Logos pre-pub

I preordered the Anchor volume on Nahum some time ago and recently was asked to confirm the order, which I did, yet it has yet to be delivered. It looks like I can get the book at full price, but I ordered it for a different price. What is the problem?

Paul,

Did you order the download or the CD?

If the download try typing update resources in the command bar

a small window should appear saying Checking for updates.

If the resource has been published it should download.

After that I should check your account>orders and then contact Customer Service.

Suggest checking "My Orders" page on Logos web site => https://www.logos.com/user/MyOrders

Ok -

When you checked your Account and looked under Pre-Pub Orders did it show in the main grid (in which case there should be an entry in the 'Anticipated Ship Date' column) or did it show at the bottom in the Pre-Pub orders Already Shipped list at the bottom of the page?

If the former then you will need to wait for the ship date.

If the latter then you will have to contact customer services and ask them to help.

I live in Scotland so use Skype as a cheap way of contacting Customer Services.

The folks at Logos were able to help me get the book. The delay was due to a licensing problem, and that is something they do manually. Thanks for the help guys.
