I can not log in on my desk top.

I can log in on my lap top, with chrome, but I can not log in on my desk top. It has worked fine for weeks but today the Logos App just keeps asking me to reset my password. I have done this many times but it is not working. I do not have a phone right now and Logos tech does not respond with out a direct call. Maybe some one here can help me.
Thank you, Cal

Am I correct in assuming you are attempting to log in to the web app?
Do you have the same version of Chrome installed on both devices? The current version of Chrome is 133.0. You can check this in Help > About Google Chrome.
Are you still able to log in to the Logos web app from the laptop? Or is that no longer working?

Hi Aaron, thanks for your help.
It was the Windows 10 Logos App on my desk top that stopped letting me sign in. But now all of a sudden, it accepted my password and I am logged in. Some kind of bug or glitch. I have been real happy with Logos software over the years. It has always been dependable for me. Thank you so much for coming to my aid quickly. I read many of your posts and enjoy your contributions.
Thank you again, Cal

I'm thrilled to hear it's working for you again. Thank you for the kind words!

FWIW, most times this has been reported in the past, the cause has been that the computer's clock is off (by days or more). If it happens again, check that your system clock is set to the right time, then try again.

I am having the same trouble trying to sign in. I have had free Logos for about 10 years and have never had a problem signing in before, logos keeps asking me to verify my account and when I do it will not accept my old password, So I reset my password to a new one and still cannot sign in. ???

Did you make sure your computer clock is set to the right time and time zone, as described by Bradley above?

yes exactly correct

Do you mean your computer clock should match the exact location you are in? Do you mean if I am in the Philippines but I have my clock set for Minnesota- that would be a problem? Thank you, Cal

I haven't tried this out, but I assume, as long as your set the time zone for your computer to the one for Minnesota and then to the correct time for that place (usually set automatically), you should be fine.
