Why doesn't search include "person:John" options in the dropdown?

This is with Logos 39.1 on Windows 11

When I entered John as a search term, I expected to see dropdown options including person:"John (son of Zebedee)"

Any ideas why it doesn't appear?

My response is late because no Tags had been attached originally.
This is still a problem in v40.2
