A frequent topic over the years is the desire for greater functionality with maps in Logos software. I wonder if it would be possible to link to a site like BibleMap.org?  I find it extremely helpful to be able to click a highlighted place and go direct to a map to see it in context with where things are.

I wandered over to BibleMap.org and saw the cool maps. However, I need to state that the site is preaching heresy with respect to misinterpreting Jesus' words concerning tithing in their teaching on finances section. The author seems to think that the page that separates Malachi and Matthew in a printed Bible separates more than it does. (I will not respond to this view here as we are talking links within Logos software.)

That said, can't we link to any site simply with a button? On my laptop and desktop I've several links, one to bible.org's neXtBible site, for example, and all work well.

On reflection I think Donovan wants to do more than simply go to a site via a standard link. And this is a cool idea. But we need to remember that not everyone is on the Internet continually. Yet, Donovan's idea is a great one! Since Logos could not reformat all the resources, the resources would link to the Logos maps, and thence from there to something similar to the excellent BibleMapper program.
