Icons won't drag onto canvas all of a sudden

I just restarted Logos. Now I can no longer drag any of the top section icons of the main toolbar (Library, Search, Bible, Factbook, and Documents) onto the canvas. Anyone else having this problem? I can still click them and they open, but when you do that, their window goes away when they lose focus, as usual.

I think what you are describing has already been reported:

Are you also using a multiple monitor setup?

Yes, I have multiple monitors, two external ones. Sure, enough, it works when using the main (laptop) monitor. I notice that if I drag the icon around the workspace long enough, it will occasionally lose the 'prohibited' symbol and if I'm fast enough I can drop it and it will open.

Here are some of my hardware specs:
    Device name DESKTOP-CLFT102
    Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
    Device ID BFBF9C36-A2C8-43D7-A46E-72A846B419D4
    Product ID 00325-81728-61201-AAOEM
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Pen and touch support with 10 touch points

External Monitors: HP32s, and Sceptre E248W-1920S

Hey I rebooted the laptop and the problem seems to have gone away.

The syncing and performance issues have been resolved in 40.2. See details here.
