Logos.exe file will not load the Logos program

I tried rebooting and that didn't work. I tried finding Logos on the Task Manager, but it wasn't on there.

Does anyone have ideas?

Hi @Joseph Botti - and welcome to the forums

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

What happens when you click the Logos icon? Do you get a splash screen briefly or just nothing at all?

And has it been working properly previously?

    Hi Graham. Thanks for respoinding.

Yes, I get a spalsh screen briefly, then it goes away. And yes, it was working properly before.

I don't know what version you are running but there was an issue in one of the recent betas which showed the same symptoms as you are seeing. To fix this, the Logos installation needed to be repaired as below:

run appwiz.cpl fom the WIndows command bar or from the app search (which is just a fast way to open the program installation menu of the system), from the list of installed programs select LogosThe menu bar will offer you to deinstall or repair - choose Repar

You shouldn't have this problem if you weren't running a beta release but it might be worth trying.

Sorry for the delay. I was out.

I am using Logos 2.0. Thanks for the advice. I will give it a try.

unfortunately, it didn't work. I was able to hit the repair button, but it looked like it didn't finish the configuring part and stopped mid stream. And the same results, the exe file would not open the program.

    I am using Logos 2.0.

Please clarify that - that is very, very, old!

My desktop says it's 2.0. But the uninstall / repair page shows it's is 40.0.351. Since I can't get on the program, this is the only way I know how to know.
