I am an author with Logos and need a tax form. The only numbers I can find lead to Customer Service. CS says they cannot help me, nor do they have any "headquarters" number! Two of the ones I managed to track down online were dead numbers. Thoughts?
I would try calling accounting. If that doesn't work for you, I would send an email to cs@logos.com
Thanks Adam. The cs email and Chat, also Accounting, are all Customer Service contacts, and they told me they cannot help me.
I just tried the Accounting number, and you have to press 3 to be redirected to Accounting. Is this the team that said they would be unable to help? If so, I recommend sending an email.
Hi, thanks for your help! #3 says it is Accounting for customer payment plans. Anyway, they were closed for today and sent me to the Contact page. However, I finally managed to contact accounting. The woman who runs it says, yes, Adam's suggestion was correct. She did not know why Customer Service operator didn't know how to help me, but it was a fluke. Thanks!

Everything has been working flawlessly until we made it to Hebrews on December 18, 2025. This…
Hello everyone, so as I've listened to various podcasts and been reading up on Artificial Intelligence to learn more, one comment that keeps coming up is this concern (and it is coming up from people who have been involved in the development of AI over the last 50 years!): AI may be developing its "intelligence" faster…
“Some people see things as they are and ask 'Why?' Others...” I'm probably, sadly, more in that first group. Can't help but wonder how a reverse interlinear assigns 2 different transliterations for such similar constructions in Zc 5.2. Even in English, “it's length” and “it's width” are similar; but it's harder to conceive…

Does anyone know how to fix, or by pass, a Script Error in BibleSoft One Touch? I realize that BibleSoft has been out of business for a few years, but I have been using the product since 1991 (34 years) and I have one huge library of Bibles, commentaries, dictionaries etc. that I can't access - and they are all sitting on…
