Hello.
While reading/researching I seem to have the habit of leaving my cursor on top of the tab of the resource that I am reading. A few seconds after the cursor comes to rest, a large popup appears telling me all about the resource.
Sometimes I really need this information. Most of the time, however, the popup simply distracts me or covers up information that I am trying to read. These times, the popup is an annoyance, not a help.
Is there a way to turn the resource information popup off? If there is, I will also need to understand how to turn it back on in the future. ;-)
