How can I duplicate a note

I've been using Logos for my daily bible journaling. Following the advice of another user, I make notes with my personal thoughts with one icon (yellow square) and notes with information copied from other resources as a different icon (purple square).

I'd like to go back through previous notes that have both personal notes and copied notes within the same note and separate them into two separate notes. Is there a way to duplicate the note, then remove what is no longer needed out of each so I don't have to re-type, re-highlight, re-anchor, re-link the notes?

Any suggestions would be great.

You can duplicate a Notes file from the Docs menu (right-click on it to see options). The duplicate would include all the individual notes from the original.
