Daily offer

I stopped receiving the daily offers for more than week now. I still get a ton of mails. The offers are not going to the 'spam' folder. I'm not receiving it. Is it over?

    It's not over.

Kinda of ironic, eh? Seems we can have regular e-mails OR regular social media posts but not both.

Like two weeks ago, they hadn't posted any to Facebook for several days (again). I e-mailed CS and asked what the deals were (and they must have a list, they sent me that days and the next days, and recommended me to sign up for the e-mail). And I noticed since then, they were active again on Facebook at 1pm EST, haven't missed a day or a minute since. I do wonder if maybe they have a different person doing them now, as there's no picture of the book but just a generic DD image.

I did sign up for the e-mail at that point, and I have yet to receive one, though I have been receiving 1-3 other Logos e-mails each and every day (which I have been marking as SPAM… are you listening Logos??)

I don't understand why they can't just have an official Daily Deal page, where they list that day's deal and maybe upcoming deals. It seems they make us have to jump through hoops for it.

Thanks a lot. It's really ironic, to say the least. :)

I'll try to keep an eye on Facebook, but that's not something I can do all the time. For the amount of e-mails we get these days, it's really ridiculous that I still have to search for the deals. And I bet it helps them a lot selling titles that people don't know that exist or would only buy on discount anyway.

    Again, thanks and God bless.

If it helps, they seem to be currently (knock on wood) posted at 1pm EST right on the dot again… So if you check a couple minutes after it should show.

And yes, it is frustrating how hard they make it just to find out what's on sale. I really don't understand… usually if a company gets asked "hey what's your daily deal?" they are excited to answer it - because the more who see it, the more sales they make. But Logos is just, "eh, maybe I'll tell ya what it is today, maybe I won't, depends on my mood."

I received an e-mail again. And in good time, since I got today's deal. Guess pointing out the miscommunication was a good thing after all. For everyone.

    Thanks!
