It was a bit disturbing to see that a purchase of resources "threatened" to start a subscription which I already have. I had started from a wishlist so it clearly knew who I was.
Thanks for reporting this bug. (The label on the button was wrong; it would have placed an order not a subscription.)
It's now fixed.
I had the same experience today and stopped. Did you complete your purchase, M.J.?
I am seeing the same thing and have opted to not proceed till issue is corrected or situation is clarified. The purchase can wait.
Yes, I did after spending some time analyzing the situation. I came to the conclusion that it (a) had the correct account and (b) was not charging more than expected so I went through with the transaction.
Same experience. I did not finalize the transaction. Logos, your checkout process should not be confusing. Please fix it.
I'm already a subscriber and seeing this also - it's definitely a bug. It doesn't change the checkout process, but is confusing, so hopefully they fix it soon.

Hi, I am learning Greek and I find it difficult to read my types Greek vs the Greek in my resource because they are of a different font. φ can come out differently. How can I make the font match so that when I type Greek, it comes out with the same font? I use Keyman to type Greek. The font in Notes says "Default: Source…
when opening the mobile app for the first time I get a splash screen asking me to choose my Bible and to sign in. if I choose the Bible first and then sign in, the preferred Bible setting on the app is replaced by what I had previously set on the account. Is this expected behaviour? thanks, Graham
I am glad that it is in production. But now I am wondering on the timetable of "in Production" entail to get it done. My guess it should take again awhile to do this with this book, unless it has been already started. Which it should of been done, considering the first three volumes are done. Please tell the eta of this is…
