What should I look for in an iPad?

My iPad got destroyed so I need to replace it. What are the recommendations: iPad, iPad Air, iPad Pro? Also in terms of memory what should I look to get? I have a fairly large Logos library (over 22,000 resources). Is there anything else that I should consider. I use it mostly for Logos but some youtube and other streaming. Thanks!

iPad pro is overkill. I have an 11 inch iPad Air m2 with 512 g of memory. If you use your iPad more as a laptop I would suggest the 13 inch. I replaced my 13 inch m1pro wiht this one about 6 months ago and it works great. The smaller size is better for reading. I do not use mine as a substitute for a laptop. I do use it for preaching and its fine.
I have 28,000 resources. I would not downlad all of them.

Too late but replying anyway:
I picked up a 256GB 13" Pro for graduation, and LOVE IT. Why? 1) The extra screen space over the 11" means I can have a setup with 4 different boxes open on one tab in Logos. 2) the higher Hz screen is easier on the eyes when scrolling, not available on an Air. 3) The double-oled means it can be super bright, enough to be used in direct sunlight, outside, in a car, on a plane. Also not available on an Air. 4) I used to have an 11" pro M1, in a case. It was thick and heavy. The new 13" Pro is super slim. I no longer use a case, but keep it in a sleeve whenever I'm not actively using it, so it's super thin and light… which contributes to me using it a ton.Yeah, I definitely don't need the M4 aspect. But the rest is fantastic.

I personally have a iPadPro M4 but I’m looking for longevity. My wife has an iPad Air and it is plenty powerful enough to run Verbum. I have @5.5k books and it only takes about 27GB of storage. I went with the 256gb because my last iPadPro Gen 1 was 256 and I used it for years and still wasn’t half full. You made a good purchase.

Thanks everyone. Your comments are very much appreciated. At first I was going to go with a 13 inch iPad but later decided that an 11 inch would serve my needs and save me some bucks. I have a 13 inch Dell laptop and a desktop with two large screens side by side. The only thing that I don't like about the mobile apps is that you cannot access personal books.
