Resizing note panel.

I have several layouts with a note panel open on the left side of the window, with several resource tabs in the center window and info, cited by and look up on the right side. I noticed today that one layout I can re-size the note panel, while in another I can't. Why is this?

In the one which I can re-size has a couple of Hebrew text books, AFAT, and a couple of other resources. The one which I cannot re-size has a couple of volumes of the "Nicene-Post Nicene Church Fathers" an NASB.

Certain tools open in a fixed-size pane on the right or left side of the screen (Highlighting, Help etc.) If you dragged a note file to one of these panes you would not be able to resize it. Grab the note file's tab and reposition it. You should regain the ability to resize the pane.
