Windows 7 Error Box

Installed Windows 7 and know I am in the process of installing Logos 4. Windows error box popped up and says : Logos Bible Software has stopped working (all in blue letters) Underneath this heading it says: " A problem caused the problem to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I did not close the error box because the logos icon in the bottom right corner indicates that the installation is continuing. Currently it is at 24% in downloading updates. Was at about 10% when this occurred.
Are there any sugestions as to (1) why the error box popped up, (2) Do you think I should click the "close program" option in the error box, (3) or just leave it alone and see what happens?
Thanks in advance

Close the program L4 and the Indexer should continue downloading. Initiate permanent logging and L4 should start after downloading completes. Upload logs if any problem arises.
In the meantime upload any logs in your \Temp\Logos Log Files folder.

I am not proficent at this so I hope that I got it right. I might add that when I open L4 the syncronization icon says there is an error.
Thanks in advance for your help.

The sync error is usually temporary; it arises when you awaken the computer from sleep/hibernation or because there is a issue with the Sync server. You can click the icon to tell it to sync (no need to restart L4).
The logs show that you have 4.1 SR-4 and no issues! Is that the case ie. you can access your books and search them?
