Syntax not working again. To be clearer, it is only the lexham syntactic data base. All searches show zero hits.

I'm going to bet this particular query in this database hasn't worked on the Mac for quite some time. It's the result of the intersection of two issues–one in code and the other in the resource itself. I've fixed the code. The resource is wrong on both Mac and Windows, though for the range you're using (New Testament) it won't show up.
A workaround, for now, would be to change the range on the Mac to "All Passages". The Syntactic GNT contains, as the name suggests, the New Testament. Searching "New Testament" and "All Passages" for this particular query return the same 1322 results.
