BUG? No reference box

in English Forum

I just got the book "Becoming an Ordinary Mystic: Spirituality for the Rest of Us" by Albert Haase…. when I bring it up, why does it not have a Reference Box on the dynamic toolbar? I checked even in full screen. It's typed as a Monograph, and it seems all monographs have a reference box…?

    Unfortunately not. This is an ebook. Publishers do not include page numbers for many (most?) ebooks. There is probably nothing to display in the reference box for this book, which would explain its absence. If you filter your library by edition to bring up your ebooks, you will likely find that this book is not unique in this regard.
