Logos Sub Messed Up

My trial expired, I had changed the yearly cost to monthly a few days ago.
The payment went through yesterday. Opening Logos today and it says "Free Version".
After it took way too long to open, as usual.

And the forum keeps requiring me to "validate my email". I've done it like four times now.
And not giving me any notifications for messages either.

    As a peer-to-peer site, I doubt we can help. Contact Customer Service. But first triple check that you are signing in under the email address you are paying your subscription for. It sounds like an email address problem.

    Ok. The app itself came back to the Max version. Dunno what happened.

    Opening Logos today and it says "Free Version".

    My assumption is that you saw this on the splash screen? Because we don't do a license check before displaying the splash screen the state shown on the splash screen will lag behind your actual state. You should be able to see your actual current state on the About panel. (Or restarting should clear up the splash screen as you saw.)

    Ya it was the splash screen, which caught me off guard, being an entirely different look.
    I checked my books and nothing seemed to have moved or any notification of changes.
    Checked my subscription status and it's fine. Restarted the app and it changed back as it was before, to the Max splash screen. All this I did after my first post on this thread.
