Read aloud tab not working on Mac

Had this issue on PC. LVL 2 Logos tech spent 5 hours trying to fix it and couldn't I had to factory reset my computer, but Logos gave me like 20$ credit in my account. check to see if your "pronunciation" tool works…
Right click a work, click the lemma on the left and on your right will show the pronounce tool. (I think only people sub'd get this) IF this works then its probably not logos, but you. To confirm, check your phone as well to see if it'll work on the phone or not. If it works on the phone it's probably a "you issue. and then I would go though your Mac settings. Check the web app. If it works on the web app then its a logos issue. If it don't work on the web app then its a you issue. The web app and software are separate, and this is why you would want to check the web app as well as your phone so you can break down where the problem is coming from.
To be clear, this error comes and goes. It has been absent for a while and reappeared today. And then with an app restart it (after enabling logging) read aloud works again. The bug is real but just hard to nail down.
May I know if there's a way to enable support for higher than 60hz refresh rates in Logos/Verbum app? I found scrolling Factbook, Search & Bible Word Study were stuttering. Bible & Commentary's panel were scrolling reasonably. Tested on 100hz monitor & ProMotion screens.
often especially in older books, the author will quote something in another language, mostly Latin. Hello all. I would like to start a document/folder in Logos titled Counseling. In that document/folder, I would keep all relevant bible passages, insights, book passages, etc. there. Is there a way to do that? In essence, it would be a topical study. Thank you in advance for any guidance/wisdom.
