Still downloading 422.3 mb

The program automatically updated and installed 496 mb last night but I am still having the 422.3 mb download that continues to loop. I am not having this problem on my macbook but I am having this problem on my iMac to which I recently installed the program.4532.Archive 2.zip

Your log file shows a synchronization issue. It is possible that Logos is having some server issues as their web site is down. Are you able to use Logos 4 in spite of this download issue?

There have been some problems with Logos' servers that may lie behind the issues. Many people had no synchronization and issues with downloads. Give it a day to see if the issue is on Logos' side and will be fixed without you doing anything.

The problem appears to be that the Maps file is not completely downloading.

If you can grab the file from your macbook (BiblicalPlacesMaps.lbsmps) and put it on the desktop of your iMac, then enter "Scan /Users/heydonnieray/Desktop" in the Command Bar on the iMac, then restart Logos4 it should work.
