Waltke's Proverb's Commentary- Abridged?

Has anyone had experience with both Waltke's full 2-Volume commentary and the abridged version: is the abridged good enough for most preachers, or is it really worthwhile to get the set?

    Both are great but obviously the full version has more information. Sometimes you just need to dig deeper.
