I had no idea how much effort and cost went into the accuracy and reliability of our Logos books!  Very impressive (and, thank you!).

Instead of Artificial Intelligence, I prefer to continue to rely on Divine Intelligence instructing my Natural Dullness (Ps 32:8, John 16:13a)

Yes, I am duly impressed! For all the griping we do about typos, we forget what a tiny percentage of the text we own in our Logos libraries is erroneous. Truly less than 0.005% I would guess in my case. That's not perfect, and of course one would wish for perfection. But this side of Paradise, the ratio we've got now is pretty good! Thank you, Logos, for the care you take over accuracy in resource content!

    I wouldn't have lasted long in a school where a 97 was a failing grade!   [:S]

This is enlightening....it just shows that we (as users) have no idea what we are griping about when we grip sometimes about how it must be easy and cheap to produce an electronic logos resource!

it's definitely not cheap, believe me [:)] i'm constantly trying to figure out ways to lower the cost of e-book development... and i definitely tip my hat & give kudos to Logos for the meticulous nature in which they put their books together!

I'm forever reporting typos, particularly in some UBS volumes.  But I've yet to find one that has made the text incomprehensible.

However, I would appreciate the possibility we had in Logos 3 to store typo reports when offline to be sent when we come online.  Would it be a lot of owrk to make that possible in L4?

That suggestion has been brought up in the past, but I see that it is not on UserVoice yet. Do you have any votes yet, or could you spare a vote from something else to request this there? I think it is a good idea. I just make a list for myself of typos to report sometime when I'm online and get around to it. My track record for actually getting around to it is pretty bad, so it would be helpful to have offline typo reporting capability.

I put a suggestion with 3 votes in Uservoice and it's the hundredth and something.  I took votes from something else to give it to that.  So I wonder if there's much point putting this suggestion at the very end of Uservoice.  Might it not be more effective to put it on Suggestions?  Or add my comments to a thread that might be there already?

Don't be discouraged. Everything that's on UserVoice started at the last position on the list when it was first added. That's the way the system works. People look through all the suggestions or search for one they're considering adding themselves and if they see one they like they vote for it, and thus the more popular they are the more they bubble up towards the top of the list, and the higher up they get, the more a casual observer just paging through randomly might stumble upon them and vote for them.

Starting a new thread in the Suggestions forum is one way to draw attention to a UserVoice suggestion you're hoping more people will vote for. You can post the URL link to that suggestion and direct traffic that way. But otherwise, just posting a suggestion on the forum or adding your comment to a thread that might already be there is static. The threads eventually fade away into history and nobody looks at them again. It doesn't really matter how many thumbs up icons people post on a good suggestion thread in the forums. Logos has already indicated to us that they view the UserVoice forum as the way to gauge user interest in new features. So if we want Logos to listen to us, we need to use UserVoice. As evidenced by these stats, they are listening:
