Footnotes popup size issues in some resources

2 bibles, 1 shows popups correctly, the other doesn't:

Not sure what the issue is, but it seems to be at resource level.

    I'm not sure what you think is the issue. I would expect a statement that the content is correct or incorrect e.g. v.11: or Ibid,. Were you expecting v.11: to be expanded?

    @Dave Hooton if you look at the second screenshot, you can see that the popup window shows "Ibid.,". The arrow I placed points down to the upper edge of the page numbers range after the comma. Even though this is very little text, the popup is very small and has a scrolling bar. The page numbers are put on a second line which is out of sight. Something similar occurs with the v. 11 popup (there is text below, after the colon).

    The NICOT and NASB screenshots show that popups can scale to much more text than would appear from the popups in the JPS Guide and French Darby.
