Why are not my smart searches being saved when having multiple windows are opened?

I am doing a study of several on my smart searches with these windows all appearing at once. I have them all arranged on additional monitors and even update the active layout. Once they are all set up everything looks great but when I close down and restart all of the information from the smart searches (synopsis) never shows back up. Why won't multiple smart searches be saved in an active layout?

Search results are not saved in a layout (you might not want them to since you might buy a new book or change a collection in between saving and loading the layout). Old-style, precise searches are run again automatically when the layout loads, but doing this with smart search might waste AI credits. Unfortunately, you will have to hit enter in each one to run it again.
