BUG: 4.2 B3: translation rings only show which translation after expansion.

this issue has been hanging around for a while now...
When you create a custom BWS and you have multiple translation rings, the name of each translation ONLY shows up AFTER expanding the ring....clearly not a desirable behavior.

This was reported previously (http://community.logos.com/forums/t/22994.aspx). The case is still open, however, I don't have an eta for a fix. I'll update the case with a link to this thread.
