Yesterday the PC Desktop app started downloading a 435M update. It completes, then says it is installing it. A moment later it says the update failed, and re-downloads the upgrade. It is repeating this continually. I am on a limited connection, so I had to stop letting it loop. I will try again occasionally, and let you know if/when it succeeds with the update.
