BUG: Touch/Stylus Still Randomly Quit Working

Touch or Stylus will randomly stop working for several minutes then start working again. Even when not working, page changing works by touching left and right margins on tabs where Columns feature is selected.
This bug has existed since Logos 4 was released.
Adding more text here because forum refuses to post because the body is too short!
