I am recently using the Premium subscription and am unable to access the Literary Typing tool in the inductive study. Will I need a higher subscription? Is it only available with a data set?

Has anybody had issues with getting the "voice pronunciation" to work? I've tried everything I can to resolve this. Windows settings, Logos settings, help through the web, etc. Logos does not seem to be able to pronounce a Greek word for me. Any answers out there?? Thanks.
