BUG: Clicking on Book of Day image opens nothing

My book of the day display crosses pages on the homepage (i.e. the image is on the first page and the description is on the 2nd). When I click on the book image, it move me off the homepage, but no book comes up. When I go to the 2nd page and then click on the text, it takes me off the homepage but the book promptly displays.
