Bible word study - what am I doing wrong?

I have 2021 MS Word 64Bit. I cannot get Logos Smart Tags to work
I updated MS Word to 2021 64Bit some 4-5 yrs back not realizing at the time that I would lose Logos Smart Tags. I indeed lost Logos Smart Tags.
