Loading World Biblical Commentary Set

Want to load World Biblical Commentary Set. I have the DVD and have tried to load it onto L4; however, it loads the Libronix program but not he commentary set into L4. Tried downloading from the website but that failed to load also.

I also keep having an icon appear upon start up that says " stage 3 of 3". Any suggestions on this one.

Any ideas as to what I ma doing wrong?

BTW, this is a reload after installation of Windows 7. Once I get past this hurdle plan on reloading the Theological Journal Set.. Hoping I won't have any issues there also.

The WBC comes with Libronix. You either need to 1) call Customer service with your product code (should be on the packaging) so they can activate it on your account. OR 2) install WBC on Libronix and then synchronize your licenses so Logos 4 can find out that you have the rights to those resources.

Can you see the WBC set in Libronix? If so, in Libronix, run Tools > Library Management > Synchronize Licenses.

Then restart L4. It should recognize that you own this commentary and download it for you from the server.

If you're repeatedly getting the "stage 3 of 3" when doing nothing else in between to try the reinstall again, then could you please enable diagnostic logging, start L4 again until you get that message and then close it, and before starting L4 again (which will overwrite the log files), upload your log files here for us to take a look at.

Interesting commentary set, BTW. It's definitely in my "exegetical commentary" collection, and not the "devotional commentary" one.
