Recently, I started to get the red exclamation mark ! In the sink circle. “An error occurred during synchronisation. Click to try again.”
It was around the time about some updates being done at Logos, I don’t know if it’s related.
I had been on beta 1 and today I updated to beta 2 but the issue remains.
thinking it may be a database issue. I reported it to customer services and they said seeing as I was on the beta they couldn’t deal with it.
I don’t get this error on the iOS mobile apps. When I create a note, a tag, or a canvas document these things appear shortly on my mobile phone and on my iPad. I’m not sure but it is as if synchronisation is still occurring even though the error not.
