Christian Light Publishing
PO Box 1212
Harrisburg, VA 22803
This 225 page book is a gem for anyone looking into the Radical Reformation movement and the formation of the various Mennonite (Anabaptist) group. It also reaches into the perspectives of the emerging churches trying to get started without support of the Government owned churches. Subject include modeling after Apostolic churches and church discipline.
The book is a very good read but is a bit technical. However, even the most novice Bible student can gleam a good understanding of how th Believers Churches got a foothold during the persecutions from both Catholic and Protestant Churches. It also explain how the peaceful Anabaptist were labels radicals and violent by these groups. The book also has over 30 pages of bibliography which is helpful for research.
Overall, a must for anyone interested in understanding true church history without the Lutheran or Catholic slant.
Starting at about $6.99 it's a no brainier to purchase and would make a good edition to the LOGOS library
