Context: (00:15) I write almost all my sermons on Logos, either in Norwegian or Icelandic language. Sometimes I add english readings, to help the translator. Usually I write my sermons on the Windows app. Since Logos is rather far behind on non-english translations, I had to prepare the translations I use as PBBs. But since Logos does not want me to get too confident, and start using them on mobile, this has been prevented. To write a sermon on the go, I must add the scripture readings on my desktop, and then the cited bits will be synchronized.
Description of bug: (01:11) When writing in Icelandic (perhaps in other languages as well, but I have not really tested it) the Sermon builder sometimes deletes more than the last character. Often a whole chunk of text, a full paragraph or more. You can see this on the video below (which also provides all the context). The sermon builder works fine on app.logos.com though (except, I cannot acces my personal books there either. If I could, I would probably migrate to Linux, but that is a different topic).
Workaround: (01:35) The sermon builder on app.logos.com works fine on the iPad. It does require internet, but otherwise it is fine. The simplest workaround, however, is writing the sermon outside of Logos. Without access to the translations I use, the Sermon Builder looses much of its utility anyway.
Device and app: (00:03) My device is an iPad is a 9th generation 10.2" running iOS version 18.3.2, localized norwegian, and Logos is running 4.2.2 (2). Not mentioned in the video, but I am also using a Logitech Combo Touch keyboard case.
