Bug in the bibliographic citation styles menu

When I click to view a book's information (Ctlr + Shift + i) the bibliography style selection menu is bugged. Instead of appearing only on the right-hand side (as before), it is showing several options horizontally.
This error was also occurring last week when I created a new bibliography document, but it seems to have been fixed there.
I'm using version 42 beta 3 on Windows 11. This has been happening since beta 2 at least. This error does not occur in the regular version of Verbum.

This has been happening for years and is related in part to column width. Like you, I consider it an annoying bug but Logos' response has generally been to explain to me what is happening.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I've been using this part for years, on a weekly basis, and I've never seen this happen. Now when I open it again I notice that it happens when I open Logos on the main screen of the notebook. However, when I open it on the auxiliary widescreen monitor, even if I only use half of the monitor screen (right or left), the problem doesn't happen, even though this half is about 20% smaller than the 15-inch laptop screen. What I've also noticed is that the problem occurs when I click on the full screen button (top right), but when I don't leave the button activated, even if I fill the whole screen, the problem disappears. If this isn't a “bug”, I don't know what to call it, but it doesn't seem like correct behavior to me.
I've recorded a video of the problem so you can see how it happens.

It is technically working as designed, though I agree it's a bit awkward. This is a design principle you can see elsewhere in the app, where it will show all the options in a horizontal list when there is room, or collapse them into menu if not. It does feel awkward for long strings of text, like citation styles.

In newer designs, we are moving away from this paradigm. When we get around to refreshing the Book Info pane, I expect we'll go a different direction then.
