Non-English speaking users - does Logos provide you with any type:lectionary resources?

Does Logos provide you with any non-English lectionary calendars? I think I found a German lectionary with the readings but I've not found the type:lectionary resource to make it work on the dashboard. I'm interested in other European languages as well.

Da momentan nur ein einziges deutsches Lektionar verfügbar ist, wird dieses bei einer deutschen Programmoberfläche standardmäßig angezeigt. Das ist der Grund, weshalb selbst in Verbum mit einer deutschen Oberfläche ein evangelisches Kirchenjahr angezeigt wird. Durch das Priorisieren eines katholischen Lektionars, lässt sich das aber einfach anpassen.

I want to find all the occurrences of the word "heart" in Ecclesiastes. I would like to end up with a list of the words with the strongs number for each word. Can anyone help me achieve this? I have not purchased the subscription version of Logos if that matters.
