Download All Resources from the Cloud

I installed Logos today on a different laptop I've been using. I chose to download all my resources - 5,646 - but the program stopped downloading resources at around 205. I've hunted for a process that might allow me to download all the resources from within the program to no avail. Twice I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. Neither of these 2 attempts gave me any choice in the number of resources to be included in the install. The last one only installed 4 books and a bunch of data sets. If I have to download these resources one a time I'll be here until Christmas. How do I resolve this?

Go to Library and select all of your resources (Ctrl + A). Next, open the Information sidebar in the top-right corner. In this sidebar is a box you can check to download the resources onto the appropriate device.

Thanks, Aaron. I had already tried that a million times but (Ctrl + A) gets absolutely no response.

Control + A is a Windows command. What platform are you running on?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Hi @ManilaDave,
It might be a far stretch but no harm to check :
1. Have your PC/laptop enough disk space?
2. Check Filter & Library ?

Hi Michelle! Thanks for the lovely graphics. It helped me check if I was doing things correctly. Yes, I have sufficient harddrive space. And yes, I was doing things as you displayed in the graphic. The issue is the Ctrl + A to select all is not functioning. Incidentally, I tried the Ctrl + A on my desktop, (where I have my full library downloaded), and it also failed to select all. My Desktop is a Lenovo Think Centre model and the laptop is a Huawei Matebook D15. As the select all feature is not working on 2 different brands it would appear to be too much of a coincidence. Could I have some other setting switched on or off that blocks this? I've gone through the program settings several times and can't see anything that I think might be the culprit. Mystified!

Hi @ManilaDave ,
oh that's so bizarre, okay one workaround is that you know how we can select by SHIFT+CLICK on multiple items?
- Click on the first item that you want to select.
- Scroll down all the way to the last item and Press SHIFT + CLICK the last item to do the multiple selection.

@ManilaDave You must click into the library for Ctrl + A to work.

I uninstalled the program again - twice. Cleaned the harddrive. Deleted all temporary files. Deleted the setup.exe file and started over. The installation still didn't give me the option of what package to install, but the ctrl+A worked this time. My resources are downloading as I type.
Thanks everyone.
