I noticed that my laptop was not downloading my latest purchase. Then I noticed that it would not sync.
It is a Dell running XP PRO with Logos 4.0d SR-2(4.04.4.3415)
My desktop system is updating. I decided that the problem was due to the software not logging in to logos.com. Last month I had run the laptop while in the woods on vacation in Sedona, AZ and had set it to work offline. I do not use the laptop frequently and I suspect that it has never reconnected. I do not like the fact that Logos 4 starts in this condition and does not at least report that it is unable to login at every start.
I started Logos 4 while holding down the <CTRL> key in order to get to a login prompt. An attempt to login results in an unable to connect to logos.com message. I'm sure the password has not changed since both my desktop and iPad continue to connect and retrieve data.
Any ideas before I call support?
