Opening a note opens an unwanted Power Lookup

When I open the note, it also opens a Power Lookup which I do not want. It does this whenever the anchor refers to a milestone that is in the cloud rather than on this device. It creates an interruption to my workflow/layout that is unnecessary unless i try to access the milestone in some way.
