Odd behavior loading a layout

I saved a layout on my laptop, synced. Went to my desktop synced, restarted because B3 just downloaded on it. Upon restart I selected my layout, looked away from Logos to type something in Word on my other monitor and then when I looked back, it was gone. It had jumped to my second monitor, hiding behind the copy of Word I had there. [*-)]

Could changing focus to Word right after I instructed Logos to load a layout have caused it to behave so oddly?

I can reproduce this if my layout consists of a floating window that was saved while on my secondary monitor. I would expect the layout to go behind Word, if I had changed the focus to that app.

I can't reproduce it with a layout consisting of panels on the main screen on my primary monitor.
