App not working
It is very frustrating when I set aside time to do some voluminous reading and I spend an hour of that time making sure the issue is not on my end. I don't know what Logos is doing to upgrade their app but I really hope they are spending time on the stability. When we are working on graduate studies or sermon prep we need our resources to work. I tested the app on my iPad and iPod touch and all I get it the endless swirling circle for an hour and a half now and have gotten zero reading done. This is me being frustrated right now and I had to let it out.

When this has happened to me, I
- Quit the app. To do this, double click the home button. Then the bar of running apps appears on the bottom. Click and hold on the Logos icon and then when the minus sign appears, click it.
- Restart the app and see if that fixes your problem
- If you are still having problems, make sure that you have an internet connection
- If you are still having problems, turn the iPod off by holding down the on/off button until the slide to power off indicator appears. Then slide it to power off. Restart your iPod and try again.
- If you are still having problems uninstall and reinstall the Logos app.
I don't think I have (outside of beta testing issues) ever had to go beyond the first three steps.
