After sending a message about a problem I encounter via iPados-App to customer@logos.com I got the following answer that the Email could not be delivered. What shall I do?

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error.     Try cs@logos.com

    As far as I know "customer@logos.com " and "customerservice@logos.com" aren't valid e-mails.

    Thanks DMM! I will try it directly via e-mail app.

    However, the iPadOS Logos-App sends the message to the mentioned e-mail adresses.

    Might I ask, @L.A., where are you finding that email within the iPad (iOS) Logos application?

    After some review, the customer support contact email address is in good working condition, but your email is being picked up and flagged by spam filters, possibly because of the VPN you are using or where it is you are sending your email from.

    I wil try switching off the VPN.
