Why has the footnote font size suddenly changed and become so small that I am struggling to read footnotes, both the ones I created and the preset footnotes? If this is an "update," please undo and allow us to read footnotes easily.
Hello, Lyle! Are you still having issues with this and have you checked Program Settings for any adjustments here? Also, a screenshot would be super helpful when you have a moment.
I'm running Logos 44.1.2 on Mac, and I've had this problem for years. Now that my eyes are weakening, it's becoming quite difficult for me to read footnotes in Logos. In the screenshot below, compare the difference between the size of the main text (left) and the footnote pop-up. Footnote text stays the same size (=tiny) regardless of the text size selected in the size selector in the Panel's menu. Following up on Jason's suggestion above, I can find no setting for this in Program Settings, either.
Hi Joshua!
The footnotes text only correspond to Program Scaling settings :
Maybe this could help ?
This does help, thank you, Michelle.
I assume I'm just talking to the air now, but that's a very odd way to change footnote size. Size of footnotes should be tied to size of text (adjustable by the scaling settings in the Panel settings), not to size of icons and program text. I don't want all my tabs and program-internal icons taking up so much space.
I'm just chuckling right here over the 200% on a FHD screen 😆

I was looking at the Factbook entry for Pompey and the only key passage it brought up was Psalms of Solomon 2, which makes sense. I have two questions. (I'm in the latest desktop app for Windows.) First, Is the reference correct? "Ps Solomon 2:title–37" reminds me of the old joke of the guy that read the whole Bible "from…
We are a small church and love the simplicity of Proclaim Media. We prefer it to uploading and having volunteers struggle to make things look professional. We currently use the Pro Media package but I haven't seen any updates to this package since March of 2023. Is this ever going to be updated consistently again? Is it…
Received my copy of the expanded edition hardcover version today and noticed that one of the introductory pages states it's possible to add a digital copy of this book to Logos. Unfortunately, the link provided (https://logos.com/LexhamPress) takes you to a Baker Books page with no obvious way to obtain the digital copy of…
When I open word info cards for Greek words, the lexicon defaults to LSJ. If I change it to BDAG, which I prefer, it will stay that way for the session. But if I close or come back to Logos, it will revert to LSJ. On my desktop app, I have a prioritized Hebrew-Greek Bible that uses BDAG for the Greek. I’m guessing that…
I was watching the September update and saw the feature that links your sermons to the Biblical text. I don't see any margin ribbons or icons showing up, however. Must a sermon had to have been created using Sermon Builder for it to show up? I do not use Sermon Builder to create my messages, but I have well over 1,000…
