Hey Everyone,
One of my Logos users sent me this message., She was trying to export and print her exegetical guide. Any thoughts? Here it is:
So I decided to export it to word so I could make some changes.
I went to the print icon in the corner, clicked print/export. The screen said Logos is not responding, then it went black. Then a box came up saying I could check for a solution and close the program or close the program. So I did the first item and Logos closed down.
As I recall this is not the first time I have had the Logos is not responding sentence come up. So what's going on. This is why I got frustrated with version 4 and went back to version 3. I don't understand how printing should be such a big issue, any software has a printing function and it should be standard if you are doing research like Logos is designed for. Any insight?
