Problems installing Logos 4

On the original email, I downloaded the Logos 4 software 4 times by accident. (I didn't know I had to drag the icon to my desktop and it would install. A friend helped me with this) I stopped the 3 consequent downloads, but I don't know if they are still on my computer or not.
Couple of things happened when I began downloading the library that were different from the directions. I began downloading Scholar's Library (5.62 GB) and it was taking awhile because I have slow internet. I began this process at around 5 p.m. and it continued through the night. At 4 am I woke up and checked it and it was at 93%. When I woke up at 6 am, it told me that it had quit unexpectedly. I opened Logos 4 and it downloaded 800 MB of information, asked if I wanted to install it and when I clicked "yes," the program quit. I opened it again, and it had me download 75 MB of information and when I clicked "yes" to install, it shut down. The process happened again only the downloaded item was much smaller (3MB). Then it told me that it was indexing and it only took 20 or so minutes for that to happen, and apparently it was done. It sounded like it should take much longer.
I now can use my Logos, but it is slow and doesn't scroll very smoothly on certain pages. Is this what I should expect?
When I "zipped" the file there was only 3 items to compress including the console message log that I had saved according to the directions. I don't know which one I am missing of those four but could that be part of the problem?
Let me know when you can.
Thanks

Adam,
It appears that your library downloaded correctly and indexed correctly. The 20 minute indexing (actually 36 according to the Indexer.log) was building a supplemental index, which probably means that the original index was built with the resources that had downloaded initially, and then the rest of the resources downloaded and they were put into a supplemental index. You should see a "New Resources" section in the Basic search which will give you an option to merge these two indexes together. That will take a few hours, so if you want to do that, it's best to do it when you won't be using the machine a while.
As to the slow scrolling, yes, there are some performance issues with a few parts of the app that we're looking into optimizing.
As far as I can tell, everything seems to be working as it should.
